The badassBox 4 is the result of over a year of development work. We have completely redesigned the housing and made it slimmer, which means there are no longer any overly tight installation situations. The badassBox is powered by one AAA battery (included). Replacing the supplied battery is economical and proverbially possible in every corner. You can replace it yourself anywhere without tools in no time at all. We recommend replacing the battery at least once a year at the start of the season. Through our specially developed and patented FEET (Field Enhancement & Elimination Technology), you will go very far with a single battery. To protect the unit from moisture and mechanical stress, the electronics are glued into the housing with a special potting compound and completely sealed. We develop and manufacture the badassBox entirely ourselves. Before and after casting, we check every single badassBox. Customer satisfaction and quality are our top priorities. In a nutshell
The badassBox is attached to the e-bike's speed sensor and overrides the 25 km/h speed limit. Remove it and your e-bike will return to its original state.
