Shipping policy

How to make your purchase:

Select or search for the product of your choice using the magnifying glass or by browsing the different categories; the following main categories are available:

• Assisted bicycles and electric bicycles
• Bicycle accessories
• Spare parts for electric bicycles

Once selected, click the "add to shopping cart" button, after which the product will appear on the right side of the screen. You can now select more products by following the same procedure; do not worry, as long as you do not close your browser, your selected products will remain in the shopping cart.

Note: if you are making an occasional purchase, you can do so without registering as a customer; if, on the other hand, you wish to stay updated with the latest news on electric vehicles, you might be interested in registering as a regular customer, which you can do by clicking the "register" button on the right navigation bar.

 

Once all the products you wish to order are selected, click on the "shopping cart" button. The order finalization screen will appear, where you will see:

• The selected products with their net amount excluding VAT and the subtotal
• The default shipping price, by post or express courier
• The payment method, which you can select from:
• Payment by card via a secure payment gateway.
• Cash on delivery - The order will be sent to be paid upon arrival with additional carrier commission fees.
• Advance payment - The order will remain pending payment via bank transfer, deposit, or cash payment, with a 2% early payment discount.
• Paypal / Credit card, by selecting this option you will be able to make the payment securely via PayPal, it is not necessary to register with PayPal; to make the payment this way, click the buy button, fill in the shipping and contact details in case any issues arise; after filling in the required fields, the PayPal page will open,
